The heat pipe, on the right in Figure 4.4 does not need gravitation to return the fluid
to its original position. In this case there is a wick or gauze at the inner side of the pipe.
The condensation takes place at the right of the figure and evaporation on the left. This
causes a concentration gradient in the wick, resulting in a force to the left, to even out the
concentration differences.
