Company shall have the right to require Service Provider to replace or remove from the Company's project on one month's notice any employee or independent contractor that is not working out, in the reasonable opinion of the Company. All costs of such removal shall be borne by Service Provider, except as provided in Section 4.3 if the removal results in a reduction of staff.
