Dear Mr. Luc,
According to the bill, below are some more details on what happen on particular dates. All supporting documents and letters from the lawyer and ICAC are also attached.
On 24JULY2014, ICAC went to Lippo Centre town office and the Airport office in the morning with the warrant (it is attached). Interviews are conducted with the present of lawyers for the whole day. Mr. Thang also required to go to ICAC head quarter with the lawyer for further investigation. His mobile phone and SIM card were kept by ICAC for investigation. Also ICAC required Mr. Thang to report to ICAC head quarter on 29SEP2014 to see if any charge against him. But he did not keep the bail letter copy. So no supporting document on hand.
On 1AUG2014, ICAC called the lawyer that the phone and SIM card can be collected back. So the lawyer helped to collect them for Mr. Thang. There is no any supporting documents on hand.
On 18AUG2014, ICAC wrote a letter(it is attached) requesting one of the airport staff SHARON CHAN to have an interview with ICAC. And she decided not to attend an interview. Therefore, the lawyer helped us to wrote a letter(it is attached) to inform ICAC on 26AUG2014.
On 29SEP2014, Mr. Thang came to ICAC head quarter at 10am to report. And to see if any charge against him. The lawyer went to the ICAC with him. And he is allowed to bail out. And ICAC issued another letter and required Mr. Thang to report to ICAC on 8DEC2014 10am again(it is attached).
In the bill, it charged until 29SEP2014. But actually, the lawyer went to the ICAC head quarter on 8DEC2014 and 29DEC2014 with Mr. Thang as well. The lawyer will charge us in the next bill. For your information, since the ICAC bail letter is issued to Mr. Thang personally and he did not keep a copy. And the original copy is collected by ICAC on the date Mr. Thang reported to ICAC. Therefore, we don’t have anymore supporting documents on hand.
Thank you.
