+ Position: Cold Store Manager
- Responsible for assign work, monitor for cold store staff
- Responsible for control assets, inventory: monitor, control the procedures of
inventory in and out cold storage, specially for inventory out of the company such
as inventory sent to outside service (for storage), inventory for locally sale, monitor
and control other assets in the cold store area (warehouse condition, pallets,
computers, printer … ect
- Control costs associated with cold storage: cold storage rental outside service and
internal transportation costs, travelling expense of cold storage staff
- Inventory/ cold truck moderation: Coordinate with production department to ensure
the raw material meet production, arrange and decide the warehouse where
imported raw material will be stored, arrange the cold truck for internal
transportation to ensure the delivery/ receiving smoothly in cold store area
- Reporting to customers partners, BOD, Finance and Accounting department of the
company: the inventory reports periodically (weekly, monthly, every 3 months) and
unexpected requirements
Requirement and Work Experience
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience at the same position
- Fluent communication in English, both speaking and written.
- Ability to work with team & independently.
- Diligent and proactive
- Strong in supervising, management skill and coordinates with all supportive dep’t.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Ability to analyze problem.
