We are looking for motivated, dynamic & ambitious team players for position as Assistant to Head of Development Center.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting Head of PDC with day to day communications within the department.
- Assisting Head of PDC in project follow up and reporting and power point presentation
- Communicating with suppliers on various levels.
- Arranging appointment and travel plans / flight bookings and hotel arrangements.
- Communicating with Developement team on updates.
- Admin support to PDC Head and team
- KPI reporting, tracking, follow-up
- Conduct analyses and present results
- Cross-category coordination and consolidation of reports
- Team building activities
- Follow up on action items defined in weekly PDC Head Meeting
- Project Management of Development related projects as defined between PDC Heads
- Work location: Di An, Binh Duong.

Requirements:
- Education: College or University graduated
- 2-3 year working experience in footwear industry is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English. Proficient in
Vietnamese/Mandarin in an advantage
- Passion to provide solution
- Patient, goal-oriented personality and cross-cultural sensitivity.

- Giao tiếp với các nhà cung cấp trên cấp độ khác nhau.
- sắp xếp cuộc hẹn và du lịch / kế hoạch đặt vé máy bay và sắp xếp khách sạn.
- Giao tiếp với đội ngũ Phát triển trên bản cập nhật.
- hỗ trợ quản trị để PDC Head và đội
- báo cáo KPI, theo dõi, theo dõi
- Tiến hành phân tích và kết quả hiện nay
- phối hợp chéo loại và hợp các báo cáo
- các hoạt động team building
- theo dõi trên các hành động quy định tại hội nghị Trưởng tuần PDC
