Besides about the pest issues at Fsoft which are:

- Ants in office,
- Mosquitoes in bed rooms.

Below please find my recommendations to improve the pest situation:

1) Ants in office

As per my last site visit, I could not prevent myself from noticing that Fsoft building end-users eat food inside of office area. Rubbish bins are full of food. FYI ants are attracted by foods especially sugar-based food. As a result, common sense said that no food in office OR if food allowed in office area, rubbish bins to be emptied more frequently and foods to be stored in a sealed & closed box.

2) Mosquitoes in bedrooms

Mosquitoes are attracted by human being blood and lights to make it short. As a result as ants treatment, common sense will help a lot in reducing the mosquitoes infestation (e.g. close all windows and doors, switch-off the lights at nights especially, do not let any stagnate water which is favorable for mosquitoes breeding, sleep with a mosquitoes net should you like to sleep at night with open windows etc.).

Once common sense solutions have been implemented, you can supplement them with others solutions such as:

- Lemon grass which is a natural mosquitoes (and snakes as well) repellent. We can plant lemon grass either on pots either directly into the soil, under each windows or on both side of an entry points (like a door), can be also placed indoor (like inside bedrooms). Besides, it will help to reduce the mosquitoes population to plant lemon grass all around the property in order to create a “natural mosquitoes repellent barrier”. There are many other natural mosquitoes repellent plants available such as citronella, mint or mint geraniums etc…
- Use lemon grass oil diffusers in-door to repel mosquitoes, but smell can make people feels uncomfortable.
- Mosquitoes Aerosol repellent can be also used to kill mosquitoes in one room before renting it out to Fsoft end-users. However, after spraying room must be well ventilated as aerosol is harmful for human kind as well as mosquitoes. So I do not really recommend this solution.
- Insect light traps (ILT) can be placed in each bedroom. ILT will attract mosquitoes and kill those thanks to its chemical attractants or pheromones HOWEVER this will generate additional costs to client if OCS has to place one ILT per bedroom.

Nonetheless common sense must come before chemicals solutions. Usually pest control is more like a partner-ship with your client. Communication is highly essential in the service provision success.

Do not commit with your client about above solutions as costs incurred. First give them advises of common sense and explain them that we can supplement those with others solutions. I do not mind to make a trial one room for free for one week. Then if Fsoft likes it we can sell out our solutions.

Chúng ta có thể trồng Sả hoặc trên chậu hoặc trực tiếp vào đất, dưới mỗi cửa sổ hoặc trên cả hai mặt của một điểm (giống như một cánh cửa), có thể được cũng được đặt trong nhà (như bên trong phòng ngủ). Bên cạnh đó, nó sẽ giúp giảm bớt muỗi dân trồng Sả xung quanh tất cả các tài sản để tạo ra một "đuổi muỗi tự nhiên không thấm hàng rào". Có rất nhiều muỗi tự nhiên không thấm loài thực vật khác có sẵn như sả, bạc Hà hoặc bạc hà geraniums vv...-Sử dụng diffusers dầu Sả ở cửa để xua đuổi muỗi, nhưng mùi có thể làm cho mọi người cảm thấy khó chịu.-Repellent bình xịt muỗi cũng có thể được sử dụng để diệt muỗi trong phòng trước khi cho thuê nó để người dùng cuối cùng của Fsoft. Tuy nhiên, sau khi phun thuốc phòng phải được thông gió tốt như bình xịt phun là có hại cho nhân loại cũng như muỗi. Vì vậy, tôi không thực sự khuyên bạn nên giải pháp này.-Côn trùng nhẹ bẫy (ILT) có thể được đặt trong mỗi phòng ngủ. ILT sẽ thu hút muỗi và tiêu diệt những nhờ hóa chất attractants hoặc kích thích tố của nó Tuy NHIÊN điều này sẽ tạo ra các chi phí bổ sung cho khách hàng nếu OCS đã đặt một ILT cho phòng ngủ.Tuy nhiên, thông thường phải đến trước khi giải pháp hóa chất. Thông thường, kiểm soát dịch hại là giống như một con tàu đối tác với khách hàng của bạn. Giao tiếp là rất cần thiết trong công việc cung cấp dịch vụ.
