This is Agreement made between Hung Cuong Joint Stock Company (hereinafter called Hung Cuong

Bonded Warehouse) and ACME Foodstuff Trading L.L.C Dubai, U.A.E ( hereinafter called “ Partner”)

on February 06th,2015 constitutes both parties’s agreement on the warehouse lease terms and

conditions for storage materials at the warehouse located at the following address: K9 str., Dong Hai

2 ward, Hai An dist., Hai Phong city, Vietnam .

Clause 1 – Hung Cuong Bonded Warehouse’s obligations

Hung Cuong Boned Warehouse shall:

1. Be responsible for cargo from Port site upto stored into Warehouse or vice versa, limited to

the services which Partner has agreed with Hung Cuong Bonded Warehouse ( on per

shipment basis).

2. Be responsible for security and management of the Warehouse

3. Provide regular maintenance at its own expense.

4. Ensure that the Warehouse is fully equipped with local standard fire fighting and fire

prevention equipment.

5. Fully indemnify “Partner” in respect of any missing and/ or damaged products stored at the

Warehouse Space.

6. Provide Partner with Warehouse Receipt as required by Partner.

7. Complete all necessary registration procedures if required by Country ‘s Law and regulations

as to ensure that this Agreement is legally effective and valid.

8. Be responsible for maintaining the FCL container with seal intact from Hai Phong port to its

bonded warehouse in Hai Phong and vice versa.

9. Be responsible for maintaining the goods during the storage in same quantity and

conditions as received and stored.Hung Cuong Bonded warehouse will not be responsible

for the content, quantity and legality of goods packed inside such covered/ sealed

paxckages.

Hãy chịu trách nhiệm cho việc duy trì hàng hoá trong các lưu trữ trong cùng một số lượng và điều kiện như nhận được và được lưu trữ.Hùng cường ngoại quan kho sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung, số lượng và tính hợp pháp của sản phẩm đóng gói bên trong đó được bảo hiểm / niêm phong paxckages.

Đây là Hiệp định thực hiện giữa Công ty Hùng Cường Cổ phần (sau đây gọi là Hùng Cường Kho ngoại quan) và ACME Foodstuff Trading LLC Dubai, UAE (sau đây gọi là "Đối tác") vào ngày 06 Tháng 2 năm 2015 thể hiện sự chấp của cả hai bên về các điều khoản hợp đồng thuê kho và các điều kiện cho tài liệu lưu trữ tại kho hàng nằm ở địa chỉ sau: str K9, Đông Hải. Phường 2, Hải An, TP Hải Phòng, Việt Nam.. Khoản 1 - nghĩa vụ Hùng Cường Kho ngoại quan của Hùng Cường Boned kho có trách nhiệm: 1. Chịu trách nhiệm về hàng hóa từ cảng site tối đa được lưu trữ vào kho hoặc ngược lại, giới hạn các dịch vụ mà đối tác đã đồng ý với Hùng Cường Kho ngoại quan (trên mỗi cơ sở giao hàng). 2. Chịu trách nhiệm về an ninh và quản lý của Kho 3. Cung cấp bảo trì thường xuyên chi phí của mình. 4. Đảm bảo rằng các kho được trang bị đầy đủ với phòng cháy chữa cháy và cháy theo tiêu chuẩn địa phương thiết bị phòng chống. 5. Hoàn toàn Miễn Trách Nhiệm "Partner" đối với bất kỳ sản phẩm lỗi và / hoặc bị hư hỏng được lưu trữ tại Space Warehouse. 6. Cung cấp hệ Kho Tiếp nhận theo yêu cầu của đối tác. 7. Hoàn thành tất cả các thủ tục đăng ký cần thiết theo yêu cầu của pháp luật và các quy định của nước để đảm bảo rằng Hiệp định này có hiệu lực về mặt pháp lý và hợp lệ. 8. Chịu trách nhiệm cho việc duy trì container FCL với con dấu còn nguyên vẹn từ cảng Hải Phòng để nó kho ngoại quan tại Hải Phòng và ngược lại. 9. Chịu trách nhiệm cho việc duy trì các hàng hóa trong thời gian lưu trữ trong cùng một số lượng và điều kiện nhận và stored.Hung Cường kho ngoại quan sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung, số lượng và tính hợp pháp của hàng hóa được đóng gói bên trong phủ / kín như paxckages.
