the Authorization for Provisional Sojourn at the Belgian embassy or consulate in your home country
or in the country where you have legal residence. Include a copy of your Letter of Admission since it is
an essential element in the evaluation of your application for residence in Belgium (see the brochure

• Make sure to inform your case administrator, Kristel Paulissen at which Belgian Embassy or Consulate

obtain legal residence in Belgium. One of your options is, before arrival, to transfer EUR 8420 to KU
