ARTICLE 9 – COMMERCIAL POLICY AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIONSBoth parties shall jointly discuss as often as necessary the commercial policy to be followed for sales of PRODUCTS in TERRITORY for DURATION of this Agreement.The BUYER agrees to undertake various promotion and advertising actions every year with respect to PRODUCTS in TERRITORY.The promotion budget allocated by the BUYER to the sales of PRODUCTS should reach a minimum of 25 % of corresponding PRODUCT purchase amount from the SELLER. In this respect, the BUYER agrees to remit to the SELLER upon the SELLER 's request a commercial and promotion planning showing major provisional actions to be performed by the BUYER in TERRITORY.
