As used in this Agreement, unless otherwise defined elsewhere in the Agreement, capitalized terms shall have the following meanings.

1.1 “Program” means the cinematograph film, television program, and/or video program (including sounds and/or music embodied in any sound-tracks relating thereto) specified in the DEAL TERMS.

1.2 "Pay TV Right" : the right to transmit, diffuse, broadcast and/or include in any programme service the Programme by any means of delivery (excluding Video-On-Demand) whether now existing or developed in the future where payment is made by the viewer to access to the Programme on television receiver whether such payment is for a package of programming.”

1.3 “Free TV Rights” shall mean the right to transmit, diffuse, broadcast and/or include in any pre-programmed television service for the continuous exhibition of regularly scheduled audiovisual works, which the viewer receives free of charge (apart from any fee payable for the possession of the television set or imposed by government or public agency).

1.4 “FVOD (streaming only)” means the rights to exhibit the Programs via internet on the VOD platform owned by Vega Corporation in the Territory with free of charge. Licensee shall guarantee that this streaming service granted herein shall be provided international standard technologies with geographical limitations with applicable copyright protection. In no event Licensee shall utilize servers located outside the Territory for purposes of FVOD Rights.

1.5 “Territory” is set forth in the DEAL TERMS.
