HOTEL REGULATIONS

1. The Resort shall take the greatest care but cannot be responsible for Guests’ money and valuables. A safety box is therefore available in each room.
2. When going out, Guests are kindly requested to lock the door carefully for security reasons and drop the room-key at our reception desk.
3. The Resort has Restaurant and Laundry services. Hence, Guests are kindly requested not to do any cooking or laundry in the room.
4. Displacement of furniture and other equipment within a room, or moving items from one room to the other is prohibited.
5. Guests are requested not to make any noise after 10.00 at may disturb other neighboring guests in the Resort.
6. Guests are responsible to pay for the loss or breakage of any Resort property or equipment.
7. The checkout time is 12:00 noon (for late checkout, please arrange with the Reception in advance, provided a room is available). If Guests check out after 1.00PM, an additional day shall be charged to the Guest’s bill.
8. Prior to checking out of the Resort, Guests are kindly requested to settle all their bills including, if any, charges related to lost or damages items in the room that are not due to the fault of the Resort. Please, kindly return the room key to Reception.
9. For long-term guests, all expenses must be settled once in every fourteen days.
10. If a fire breaks out in the Resort, please immediately advise the Front Desk and then comply with the guidance of the Resort staff and fire-fighting brigade.
11. The Government prohibits all gambling activities in the Resort, weapons, inflammable materials, narcotics or animals are strictly forbidden to bring into the Resort.
12. Any extra guests who wish to stay in the room must inform the Resort Management. Such extra guests must be registered with the local authorities. This shall be the Guests’ responsibility (especially the inviting one). All Guests will abide by the local regulations and customs under the immigration laws.
13. Guests, who do not stay in allocated room and move between rooms without informing the Resort Management shall undertake all risks, if any, which result (insurance, local regulations, etc.).
