Besides, The working quality of employees need to be controlled and monitored carefully because after these things, Big C managers will be a view of their employees by a better way and they will create a plan to promote Big C’s members as well as expressing their abilities and help all of staffs develop the important skills. The main purpose of this process is help employees identify their strength, weakness and create their own personal development plan in the future.
In each firm, team leaders or direct managers of each department will monitor and evaluate their staff meanwhile the general director will review the result in the meeting. The above action is taken in order to ensure the assessment and evaluation process is accurate and fair for all staff in Big C.
