III. METHODOLOGIES AND SOLUTIONS
1. Methodologies
- Field monitoring and sampling method: the staff of the Thanh Hoa CEM will co-operate with staff of NSRP before the starting the environmental monitoring in order to find out/specify the point/location of the sampling points to ensure that the sampling points are representative for the sampling area. Samples will be taken by the specified/required equipments/instruments in order to make the representavive of the collected samples.
- Field and Laboratory analysis method: Sampling and analyzing procedures in the field and in the laboratory are implemented by the National Technical Regulations or equal International Technical Regulations.
- Data processing method: will be used to process and statistic the achieved data in order to give the conclusions related to the study processes.
- Summarized method: will be used to summarize the study’s results.
- Comparison method: will be used to assess the analytical results with current requirements of the National Technical Regulation on environment.
- General analysis method for writing the report: will be used to write the report.

1. Phương pháp
- giám sát hiện trường và phương pháp lấy mẫu: các nhân viên của Uỷ ban Dân tộc Thanh Hóa sẽ hợp tác với các nhân viên của NSRP trước khi bắt đầu giám sát môi trường để tìm ra / chỉ định điểm / vị trí của các điểm lấy mẫu để đảm bảo rằng các điểm lấy mẫu là đại diện cho các khu vực lấy mẫu. Mẫu sẽ được thực hiện bởi các quy định / thiết bị cần thiết / dụng cụ để làm cho representavive các mẫu thu thập.
- Dòng và phương pháp phân tích trong phòng thí nghiệm: Lấy mẫu và thủ tục phân tích trong lĩnh vực này và trong các phòng thí nghiệm được thực hiện bởi các Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia hoặc bằng Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc tế.
- phương pháp xử lý số liệu: sẽ được sử dụng để xử lý và thống kê các dữ liệu đạt được để đưa ra những kết luận liên quan đến các quá trình nghiên cứu.
- phương pháp tóm tắt: sẽ được sử dụng để tổng hợp kết quả của nghiên cứu.
- phương pháp so sánh: sẽ sử dụng để đánh giá các kết quả phân tích các yêu cầu hiện tại của Quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về môi trường.
- phương pháp phân tích chung cho các văn bản báo cáo: sẽ được sử dụng để viết báo cáo.
