2. Hoạt động môi giới thương mại
Về nguyên tắc, Việt Nam không cam kết WTO về mở cửa thị trường cho các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ nước ngoài được thực hiện các hoạt động môi giới thương mại tại Việt Nam. Mặt khác, đây cũng là một hoạt động thương mại mới, do đó, nay là Bộ Công Thương đang trong quá trình nghiên cứu, xem xét các tác động của việc mở cửa vào các ngành nghề kinh doanh với lợi ích của các doanh nghiệp liên quan cũng như sự ổn định thị trường và lợi ích quốc gia nói chung. Do đó, không có cơ sở vững chắc để cho phép hoạt động này được thực hiện tại Việt Nam.
3. Theo hồ sơ báo cáo kiểm toán đính kèm, hiện lỗ lũy kế của công ty tính đến cuối năm 2014 là hơn 26 tỷ USD. Vì vậy, đề nghị Cơ quan Đầu tư và quản lý đòi hỏi Công ty giải thích các kế hoạch kinh doanh và / hoặc kế hoạch tài chính để đảm bảo tính khả thi và hiệu quả của việc mở rộng của doanh nghiệp trước khi xem xét và cấp cho các doanh nghiệp.
Đề nghị Sở Kế hoạch và Đầu tư thành phố Hồ Chí Minh báo cáo Ủy ban nhân dân thành phố xem xét, quyết định.
