The Climate SWOT has been developed, intro-duced and piloted in theBaltic Climateproject, 3
which aims at identifying how climate change will present opportunities for the long termstrategies and planning of the Baltic Sea region countries to support their development. The focus of this research is the evaluation of the tool, as perceived by the pilot users within the
Baltic Climate project. The initial development of the tool and the results of the pilot assessments carried out in the project are beyond the scope of this paper and are to be published separately
