ARTICLE 5: CONTRACT PRICE
5.1 The amount payment of the Contract Price shall be as follows
5.1.1 In consideration of the provision of the Technical Documents and the
Engineering Service hereunder by the CONTRACTOR, VKPC agrees to pay to
the CONTRACTOR in the portion of the engineering service with amount of
USD : *****.-
5.1.2 In consideration of the Supervisory Service hereunder by the CONTRACTOR,
VKPC agrees to pay to the CONTRACTOR in the portion of supervisory
service with amount of USD : *****-
5.1.3 In consideration of the Erection Services hereunder by the CONTRACTOR,
VKPC agrees to pay to the CONTRACTOR in the portion of erection services
with amount of VND : *****- (VND : only)
5.2 The Contract Price is inclusive of corporate income tax that may be imposed on the
CONTRACTOR by the Government of Vietnam in relation to this Contract but
excludes all other taxes that may be levied under the laws of Socialist Republic of
Vietnam.
5.3 The Contract Price is a fixed lump sum amount and shall not be subject to any
adjustment, except in the cases referred to in Article 3.10 and/or Article 3.13 above or in
the case of a delay in completion of the Services for any other reason that is not
attributable to the CONTRACTOR.
5.4 All fees and other charges for visas, work permits, and any other expenses including,
without limitation, contributions to pension funds, insurances, charges levied by any
authorities having jurisdiction over the CONTRACTOR and the Supervisors in
connection with the dispatch of the Supervisors shall be borne by the CONTRACTOR.

5.1 Số tiền thanh toán của hợp đồng giá được quy định như sau
5.1.1 Trong xem xét việc cung cấp các tài liệu kỹ thuật và
dưới đây Dịch vụ Kỹ thuật của NHÀ THẦU, VKPC đồng ý trả tiền để
các THẦU trong phần dịch vụ kỹ thuật với số tiền
USD: ***** .-
5.1.2 Xét Dịch vụ Giám sát dưới đây của NHÀ THẦU,
VKPC đồng ý thanh toán cho nhà thầu trong phần giám sát
dịch vụ với số tiền USD: **** * -
5.1.3 Xét Dịch vụ Lắp dưới đây do NHÀ THẦU,
VKPC đồng ý thanh toán cho nhà thầu trong các phần của các dịch vụ lắp đặt
với số tiền Đồng: ***** - (VND: chỉ)
5.2 Hợp đồng Giá đã bao gồm thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp có thể áp đặt trên
THẦU của Chính phủ Việt Nam liên quan đến hợp đồng này nhưng
không bao gồm tất cả các loại thuế khác có thể sẽ được áp dụng theo luật pháp của nước CHXHCN
Việt Nam.
5.3 Hợp đồng Giá là một số tiền trọn gói cố định và không phải chịu bất kỳ
sự điều chỉnh, ngoại trừ trong các trường hợp quy định tại Điều 3.10 và / hoặc Điều 3.13 ở trên hoặc trong
trường hợp của một sự chậm trễ trong việc hoàn thành các Dịch vụ cho bất kỳ lý do nào khác mà không phải là
do các THẦU.
5.4 Tất cả lệ phí và các khoản thu khác đối với thị thực, giấy phép lao động, và các chi phí khác bao gồm,
nhưng không giới hạn, các khoản đóng góp vào quỹ hưu trí, bảo hiểm, phí thu bởi bất kỳ
cơ quan có thẩm quyền đối với THẦU và giám sát trong
kết nối với các công văn của các giám sát viên sẽ do bởi THẦU.
