Follow Labor Code, your labor contract with duration 01 year, so your resignation needs to announce to us at least 30 days in advance, please remember that period of notice has to be counted 30 days from inform to HR date (2 Dec 2015) to the last working day.

Besides, we need the comment from your direct manager for this requirement before proceed papers.

After receiving resignation letter and comment from your manager, I will contact and process next step for you leave TMA.
