When the goods arrive at the Port of destination, the Buyer shall have the right,
at its sole discretion, to inspect for weight and/or quality conformity of the delivered
goods. The weight/ quality inspection shall be carried out by VNC and the inspection
result issued by VNC shall be final and binding on both Parties.

Khi hàng hóa đến các cảng đích, người mua có quyền, theo ý mình, để kiểm tra sự phù hợp của trọng lượng và/hoặc chất lượng của các giao hàng hoá. Trọng lượng / chất lượng giám định sẽ được thực hiện bởi VNC và việc kiểm tra kết quả phát hành bởi VNC sẽ được cuối cùng và ràng buộc cả hai bên.
