1. Establishments in danger of fire

1. Establishments in danger of fire or explosion must purchase mandatory fire and explosion insurance in accordance with legal provisions;
2. Purchase mandatory fire and explosion insurance must be consistent with the regulations and insurance premium rate for mandatory fire and explosion issued by the Ministry of Finance;
3. Submit the premium of compulsory fire and explosion insurance to contribute funds for the activities of fire prevention and fighting; and
4. Separate the mandatory fire and explosion insurance in the contract of complete package insurance.
