2.1 For the Parts manufacturing, in basis of this Agreement 1) NEW CHIP XENG may provide training to the SUPPLIER and provide support for manufacturing of production equipment and technical manpower (SV dispatch) to SUPPLIER (hereinafter referred to as “Technical Support”) and, 2) NEW CHIP XENG shall get a license relating to the documents related to the Parts from SUPPLIER (hereinafter referred to as “License”).
