2. Declaration of obedience to Accounting Standards for Business Enterprise
The Financial Statements of the Company are up to requirements of Accounting Standards for Business Enterprise and also a true and thorough reflection to the relevant information as the Company’s financial position dated 30th June 2013 and the operation results as well as cash flow in first half year of 2013.
3. Accounting period
The Company’s accounting year is Gregorian calendar year, namely from 1st January to 31st December of every year.
4. Bookkeeping standard currency
The Renminbi (RMB) is taken as the book-keeping standard currency
