Terms of Use for Ticketek Mobile Application

The Ticketek Mobile Application (Application) is brought to you by Ticketek Pty Ltd, ABN 92 010 129 110 (Ticketek).

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Application. By downloading and using the Application you are accepting and agreeing to these Terms of Use. If you choose not to be bound by the Terms of Use, then Ticketek does not grant you the right to use the Application and you must not use this Application. You must not use or access the Application in violation of these Terms of Use.

Variation
Ticketek may vary these Terms of Use at any time. Any variations become effective on deployment. By continuing to use the Application after the Terms of Use have been varied you agree to be bound by the variation.

Other trademarks displayed on the Application are trademarks of their respective owners. Nothing contained in this Application should be construed as granting any licence or right of use of any trademark displayed in the Application without the express written permission of Ticketek, Nine Entertainment Co., or the relevant affiliate, or third party owner.

Privacy
The Privacy Statement for the Ticketek Mobile Applications is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

Online Sales
If you make a purchase whilst using the Application, you are bound by the Ticketek Online Terms And Conditions in relation to that purchase.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability to you, whether for breach of these Terms of Use or in negligence or in any other tort or for any other common law or statutory cause of action arising in relation to these Terms of Use, the Application or the content available through the Application is limited to A$100.
