The contract with guarantee obligat

The contract with guarantee obligations is cancelled or unilaterally terminated and parties have not performed the contract wholly, the Guarantee Contract shall be terminated; if parties have partially or wholly implemented the contract, then the Guarantee Contract shall not be terminated, unless otherwise agreed by parties.

Các hợp đồng với nghĩa vụ bảo lãnh được huỷ bỏ hoặc đơn phương chấm dứt và các bên đã không thực hiện hợp đồng hoàn toàn, hợp đồng bảo lãnh được chấm dứt; nếu các bên có một phần hoặc toàn bộ thực hiện các hợp đồng, sau đó HĐBĐ sẽ không được chấm dứt, trừ khi có thoả thuận của các bên.
