This Agreement shall come into force on and shall be in force and effect from (Date) for a period of 2 years from the date of agreement signup for the Thailand market, either Party terminates this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The agreement can be and may be renewed thereafter on mutual consent.

Hiệp định này sẽ có hiệu lực vào và sẽ có hiệu lực và hiệu lực từ (ngày) trong thời gian 2 năm kể từ ngày thỏa thuận đăng ký cho các thị trường Thái Lan, một trong hai bên chấm dứt Hiệp định này cho phù hợp với các quy định của Hiệp định này.
