- Oilseeds Processing: The Oilseeds Processing segment includes global activities related to the origination, merchandising, crushing and further processing of oilseeds such as soybeans and soft seeds (cottonseed, sunflower seed, canola, rapeseed and flaxseed) into vegetable oils and protein meals.
