Mrs. Hai – 56 years old, as well as the lady boss has more than 50 years experience in painting and decoration work to care for family. Mr. Five - 52 years old, the role in the implementation stages as well as transport-glazed products with over 30 years experience. Mrs. Thu-45 years old have 40 years experience in the shaping and molding of ceramic products. She also made an interesting impression to share that "I can shape a bowl in less than 1 minute, making 100 to 1000 products daily if the weather is good." Besides, there are 5 other people to assist the shaping and molding stages like, putting bowls into holder, making the glaze, firing and transporting in the production of ceramics. All of them are experienced and passionate potter.Any trades would always have its own difficulties, and ceramic is not the exception. There are many difficulties and challenges that the potters have to face. Most of these difficulties are from raining season. It affects directly to the formation of the product as well as product quality. The unusual and unexpected change of climate would bring many difficulties to the ceramic production. Besides, the lack of diversity for products also gradually makes the customers feel boring, which leads to the significant purchase's decline. The ceramic manufacturing processes have been still operating according to the traditional way. In additions, living conditions are poor and there is no broader research of industry, which leads to the wastage of time and labor. Forcedly, It is really necessary to change the production according to a more efficient way.
