Technically, Job analysis the very first step that HSBC must be doing in order to collecting all of required information about duties, responsibilities for the position of a Retail Banker. (Please look at the Appendix No.1) Person SpecificationIn order to recruit the potential employments, HSBC could obviously use the Seven-Point Plan and Five Point-Pattern (Business Essentials, 2010); which means the future employee must be educated, certified, skilled, experienced and fulfilled the requirement from HSBC. More than this, regarding to the Seven Point-Plan, HSBC could evaluate the potential Retail Banker candidates through their physical attributes, attainment, general intelligence, special aptitude, interests, disposition and other circumstances. Additionally, HSBC should add-up the remaining parts of Five Point-Pattern in order to increase the quality of employment through the involving impact on others, acquired knowledge, innate abilities, motivation and adjustment.
