I apologize but the name and date of birth which you provided is incorrect doesn't match with your Payza profile. Please update your name and date of birth as mention below:

In order to change the name and date of birth you currently have registered in your Payza account, you will need to submit the proper documents to confirm the name you wish to change it to.

In addition, please provide the reason for your request to change the name and date of birth on your Payza account.

Please submit the following:

Two (2) different Photo I.D.'s

• Your Passport, Country/State/Municipal I.D. or Driver’s License (note: worker, voter and school I.D.s are NOT accepted)
• Your ID must be valid and not expired
• Your name and date of birth must match the information in your Payza account
• All edges of your I.D. must be visible

Proof of Address

• Your telephone bill, electricity or utility bill, credit card or bank statement
• Your document must be dated within six (6) months and must be a recurring statement
• Your name and address must match the information in your Payza account
• Your name and address must be clearly visible

Please attach your documents with your reply to this email, ensuring both files are in the .JPG or .PDF format and are each under 3 MB in size.

Once we are able to verify your correct name, the information on your Payza account will be updated to reflect the documents submitted.

Please also note that the scan of your photo IDs should be clear and all of the four sides of your photo IDs should be visible.

In order to comply with government regulations for financial institutions, we need to ensure that the information we hold about our customers is accurate, complete and up to date.

Once we are able to verify your correct name, the information on your Payza account will be updated to reflect the documents submitted.

Once your name and date of birth is updated correctly after that we will be able to assist you further on how to reset transaction PIN.
