Luận án nghiên cứu ứng dụng chiết xuất từ cây bạch đàn lá để các ứng dụng của sợi tự nhiên nhuộm vải như len, tơ tằm. Các chiết xuất đã được kiểm tra đối với rượu khác nhau dung môi. Tuy nhiên nồng độ cồn khác nhau sẽ có những ảnh hưởng khác nhau đến quá trình nhuộm. Thông qua các phương pháp đánh giá hiệu quả như nhuộm, màu sắc sau khi nhuộm vải, hiệu suất ... sẽ chọn các dung môi thích hợp nhất để nghiên cứu sâu hơn chủ đề.
Sau khi chọn các dung môi thích hợp với các tiêu chí đề ra, tiểu luận tiếp tục khảo sát yếu ảnh hưởng đến việc khai thác như rắn tỷ lệ chất lỏng, nhiệt độ, thời gian khai thác ... để phát triển các thủ tục thích hợp, cuối cùng, đánh giá hiệu quả một lần nữa thông qua các yếu tố như độ lặp lại, khả năng tăng cường quy mô và khả năng tái sử dụng các chiết xuất, khả năng để tạo ra các sản phẩm và kiểm tra tập trung kháng khuẩn của vải sau khi nhuộm.
