For the importance of Vietnam market, we established an EPC company in Ha Noi, named “JGC VIETNAM Co., Ltd.”, with a view to expanding into the Southeast Asian market..

8. Mô tả công việc:
JGC Vietnam is looking for 03 HSE Supervisors with the following responsibilities:
1. Role
This position is accountable for the achievement of JVC's Corporate Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHES) Policy targets.
Major item is as follows
A) Conducting/ monitoring the HSES Meetings.
B) Liaise/ assist local government authorities, when requested to do so.
C) Liaise/ assist the Safety/ Security Manager, when requested to do so
D) Monitor the site traffic control plan.
E) Assist with the coordination of "Emergency Procedures" practice drills.
F) Participate in the site safety inspection patrols, completing inspection reports and coordinate necessary following-up actions.
G) Check all plant/equipment and tool certifications, including Subcontractors "Planned Maintenance Inspection Programmers" and site colour coding requirements.
H) Inspect crane operators "competence certificates" and other vehicle/ plant drivers licenses.
I) Monitor the safe use of "Hazardous Substances".
J) Check correct PPE compliance being worn on site.
K) Check Statutory requirements
L) Oversee compliance for "hazardous activity" method statements.
M) Investigate/follow-up accidents, incidents and near-miss occurrences and assist with writing reports and issuing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
N) Oversee site "housekeeping" and the general good appearance of the site, (including welfare facilities).
O) Check the condition of safety signs/ posters that are displayed/ erected throughout the construction site.
P) Ensure Subcontractor compliance to all Government, Client and JVC's SHES rules/ regulations, and if necessary, suspend/stop illegal or dangerous practices.
Q) Organize/ direct safety supervisors under his control, delegating tasks and areas of control.
R) Deputise for Safety/ Security Manager, when requested to do so.

- Bachelor degree in related area
- Having at least 05 years experience at the same position for construction work.
- Utilize WORD/EXCEL/POWER POINT for reporting and presentation.
- Fluency in English for speaking, reading and writing for reporting and meeting.
