After 2 months of the practice at External Relations Department , I myself have learned a lot from the staff in Department and lessons accumulated invaluable very useful for my translation work later. The lessons as follows:
For the translation of documents, myself drawn some very useful experience. When translating a text that should really concentrate and not be distracted on other things. Before the translate to learn about document translation, dictionaries preparation , specialized vocabulary to help translate faster and more accurate. When encountering difficulties in the process of translation, I always asked staff experience to help me . When translate must understand the context of the text, clear and correct translation language Vietnamese or English, should not translate word by word, confusing. After translated finished to check for the translated text satisfactory.
In addition to the main work is translation, I also practice some office work should also have some experience including use of office software, some preparatory work records and documents , conference room ....
In the environment to communicate with the staff in the room, I always fun, dynamic,brisk, punctually to achieve higher efficiency. From there, myself bolder, more confident and have more experience to best prepare yourself before the hard work.
