I accept the Regulations and Disciplinary Rules of the Residence Hall, the Instructions for the Internal Rules, the Information Guide, the Rules and Regulations for using the Telematic Network and Computer Services and the Terms of Admission for the academic year 2016-2017.

I hereby authorize the Administration of the Residence Hall the power to solicit the documents it deems necessary regarding the admission, from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, or any other centre in which I may be studying. I also authorize the use of my personal data by the collaborating companies that provide catering, maintenance, concierge and cleaning services within the Residence Halls, for the purpose of using these services.

I hereby accept that for organizational, maintenance or conservation reasons that the Residence Hall may close some areas, floors or services. For which I accept, and am therefore duly informed, that during holiday periods at the Residence Halls of Getafe, some services, including the accommodation of residents, may be centralized in one of the buildings.

I am aware that smoking is prohibited in all of the installations (common areas and rooms) of the Residence Halls, in compliance with the law 28/2005, of the 26th of December, for health measures against smoking and the regulation of its sale, supply, consumption and the publicity of tobacco products.

The personal information provided will be incorporated to and treated in the file “RESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES”, whose final aim is to manage the services provided by the Residence Hall of the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. The file is enrolled at the General Register of Data Protection at the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The personal information may be transferred to the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as any other transfer scheduled by law. The responsible body for the file is FUNDACIÓN UNIVERSIDAD CARLOS III, and the address where the interested party may exercise their rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition before it is: C/ Madrid, 126 28903 Getafe (Madrid); all of which is informed in compliance with article 5 of the Organic Law 15/1999, of the 13th of December, for Data Protection of a Personal Character.
