1.21 Unless the context otherwise requires or permits, references to the singular number shall include the plural number and vice versa, references to the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter genders and vice versa and references to persons shall include corporations.
1.22 References to “VND” are to the lawful currency of Vietnam at the date of this Agreement. References to “USD” and “US dollars” are to the lawful currency of the United States of America at the date of this Agreement.
