POSITION: International Business Executive
DEPARTMENT: International.
LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
CONTRACT: 6 months (ext. to 1 year min. contract) - Final year internship possible.
STARTING DATE: Available now.


Francia Beauty is seeking a competitive Business Development profile to join its office and support the International Department.

You will be responsible of OEM businesses internationally (B2B) for cuticle nippers, nail nippers and nail polish mainly. You will develop, manage and retain an allocated portfolio of International Accounts and build long-term, sustainable business relationships. You will pro-actively develop high level international client relationships to assist with the acquisition of new International Accounts, achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales targets across all income streams and assist in the development and execution of international sales, business development and brand awareness in line with an agreed strategy. This role will involve some international travels.

Responsibilities:
• Manage existing business for assigned customers.
• Pro-actively look for new markets and opportunities globally.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, including key personnel.
• Establish and manage strategic business plans.
• Identify new opportunities to provide products and services to existing customers.
• Develop sales tools and marketing programs to help drive sales for product line (involved in concept, writing and overall roll out of tactics).
• Take part in International exhibition
• Work as part of a team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
What You Are Good At
• International Candidate (NO Vietnamese)
• Master’s degree: business/sales major
• Excellent English communication skills (oral & written)
• Experience working in developing sales strategies
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals
• Motivation for Sales
• Knowledge of market research
• Strong interpersonal & customer service skills
• Effective communication & presentation performance
• Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market information
• Experience with relevant software applications
• Solutions orientated and competitive personality
• Self-motivated with positive attitude
• Additional foreign language is a plus
