21.2. If the Contractor doesn't submit the package of documents specified in clause 1.1. of the Appendix #6 of the present Contract, the Purchaser could apply the penalties stipulated in clause 21.1. similar to the penalties like for the undelivered in time documentation.
21.3. The payment of this penalty does not relieve the Contractor from liability for fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the present Contract. The payment of the penalty shall be effected by the Contractor at the Purchaser's first request within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the claim receipt.
21.4. The Purchaser, after written notice of the Contractor, may withhold from any payment due to the Contractor the amount equal to the amount of penalties imposed on the Contractor.

21.2. Nếu nhà thầu không nộp các gói tài liệu quy định tại khoản 1.1. của Phụ lục số 6 của Hợp đồng hiện tại, Bên mua có thể áp dụng các hình phạt quy định tại khoản 21.1. tương tự như các hình phạt như đối với chưa được thực hiện trong tài liệu thời gian.
21,3. Việc thanh toán của hình phạt này không làm giảm các nhà thầu từ trách nhiệm về việc hoàn thành các điều khoản và điều kiện của hợp đồng hiện tại. Việc thanh toán tiền phạt được thực hiện bởi các nhà thầu theo yêu cầu đầu tiên của mua trong vòng 15 (mười lăm) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được yêu cầu.
21.4. Bên mua, sau khi thông báo bằng văn bản cho nhà thầu, có thể giữ lại từ bất kỳ thanh toán do nhà thầu số tiền bằng với số tiền phạt đối với các nhà thầu.
