Servants The King of Heaven, once, planned
to go abroad. Before he set forth his
journey, he called his servants and
gave what he had into their charge.
Then the man went on his journey.
The servant who had received five talents went for trade with those talents. In the
same way the one who had received two, went
forth for trade. But one, who received one talent,
dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s
