2/ Problem Handling incentive: All of members in meeting agreed with this program, we are waiting approval from upper management.

Valid for Heartbeat surveys from now until December 31, 2015
For any heartbeat survey that scores a 10 for Service recovery, the colleague involved who solves the guest problem will earn 1,000,000 VND
For any heartbeat survey that scores a 9 for Service recovery, the colleague involved who solves the guest problem will earn 900,000 VND
For any heartbeat survey that scores a 8 for Service recovery, the colleague involved who solves the guest problem will earn 800,000 VND
To be eligible the heartbeat survey will need to be verified by an Excom Member or QCI Manager
If more than one person is involved the incentive will be shared equally
GM will be the final person to authorize incentive
