Australia shall invoice the Services Recipient for Services provides under this Technical Services Agreement at such times and from time to time during each fiscal year as Rheem Australia shall determine. In determining when to invoice the Services Recipient, Rheem Australia shall take into account the cash flow of the Services Recipient so as not to put undue strain on the cash flow of the Services Recipient. In the absence of a determination that invoicing should be at other times, Rheem Australia shall invoice the Services Recipient for Services quarterly or monthly in arrears.
