- During EPC phase, Advisor should work for the following job together with other maintenance management team:

+ CMMS Workflow development

+ Develop Tier 3 and 4 procedures

+ Survey daily maintenance company

+ Maintenance Machine shop design and operation

+ Warehouse work design

+ Attend and train new employees

+ Participate in Construction Work Quality and Safety Assurance

- After the Mechanical Completion,

+ Responsible to provide support services to Maintenance Division and to advice the less experienced engineer in the divisions.

+ Provide support technical guidance for reliability & maintenance data by assessing data history for accuracy and compliance with reliability best practices.

+ Assist to establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring.

+ Assist to establish, in conjunction with Inspectors and maintenance engineers, maintenance programs for critical equipment.

+ Advice teams to handle and find solutions to equipment chronicle problems.

+ Coordinate closely with counterpart in-house organization (production engineers and planners, design engineers, etc.)

+ Assist to evaluate plant and equipment unscheduled downtime proportions. Identify reliability improvement opportunities.

+ Support to develop reliability strategies to monitor plants equipment performance according to business targets.

+ Advise to promote and sustain reliability and maintenance program integration.

+ Promote reliability best practices integration to plant operations.

+ Assist to develop proactive RCM and FMECA analysis for critical equipment.

+ Advice failure investigation for critical equipment, generate reports, actions logs and follow-up in their closure.

+ Guide, direct and motivate the less experienced engineers and operators including setting education and training and assessing their performance in association with their superior and the Human Resources Section.
