I will await your update.

There is a booking of 16 containers arriving in Haiphong with an ETA of January 25th which was previously contracted with another customer.
However, due to comments on the COA, the customer is not going to accept the shipment.

The COA for 2 of the 4 samples states “not of good natural color”.
When discussing this comment with the Canadian Grain Commission, they explained that this comment is used quite often to distinguish between a Canada Grade #1 and Canada Grade #2.
As is with all of our contracts, we guarantee Canada Grade #2 or its equivalent U.S Grade #1. This COA certifies this product as a Canada Grade #2 as is contracted.

After discussing this with the CGC, we are very confident that this product will be of good quality and should not be an issue for the food grade market in Vietnam.
However, we are willing to offer a significant discount to this product if you are interested.

Tuy nhiên, do những nhận xét về COA, khách hàng sẽ không chấp nhận lô hàng. COA cho 2 trong số 4 mẫu nói "không phải là màu tự nhiên tốt". Khi thảo luận về nhận xét này với Ủy ban ngũ cốc Canada, họ giải thích rằng nhận xét này được sử dụng khá thường xuyên để phân biệt giữa một Canada Lớp # 1 và # Lớp Canada 2. Như với tất cả các hợp đồng của chúng tôi, chúng tôi đảm bảo Canada hạng # 2 hoặc tương đương Mỹ hạng # 1. COA này xác nhận sản phẩm này như một lớp Canada # 2 như được ký hợp đồng.
