Main duties and responsibilities:- Personnel recruitment.- Records management staff, monitoring and implementation of the labor contract.- Timekeeping, payroll, on track.- Proposing, managing, tracking, providing uniforms for staffs.- Check, reminding employees to make rules, supermarket, uniform prescribed by the company.- Manage, allocate Office products according to each Department's proposal.Store the document text editor.- Implement the social insurance regime prescribed:+ increase, decrease, closing the shared social insurance for workers + implement policies: sickness, maternity, ... for workers- The situation of employers with recurring labor, invalids and Social Affairs.- Use and effective time management, arrange the work scientifically.- Organizational management meetings, conferences and parties in the company.
