Testing and acceptance: Seller must supply free of charge an amount of battery for the purpose of testing and acceptance battery life-cycles (the definitive amount as specified in Annex 1 – Testing Methodfor evaluating Lithium battery samplesor shall be discussed at contract negotiation). The acceptance procedureshould be in accordance with:
The Goods will be check and test within 60 days from the date of last shipment handed to Investment owner. Handover Certificate will be signed and stamped by both Parties within 30 days from the date of Testing Memorandum provided that all the Goods found free defect and in strictly compliance with Technical requires and Techncial acceptance Criteria.
The Investment owner will be install all the Goods by his own account and test the Goods after installation on the network within 3 months from the date of Handover Certificate. Provisional Acceptance Certificate will be signed and stamped by the authorized representatives of both Parties within 30 days from the signing date of last Provisional Acceptance Test in case all the Goods found free defect and in strictly compliance with Technical requires and Techncial acceptance Criteria.
After issuance of Provisional Acceptance Certificate, all the Goods will be put in the commercial use to do stability running test within 6 months. Final Acceptance Certificate will be signed and stamped by the authorized representatives of both Parties within 30 days from the signing date of the date of completion of double checking and issuance of the Stability running report.

Các Hàng hóa sẽ được kiểm tra và thử nghiệm trong vòng 60 ngày kể từ ngày giao hàng cuối cùng giao cho Chủ đầu tư. Giấy chứng nhận bàn giao sẽ được ký và đóng dấu của cả hai bên trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày kiểm tra biên bản ghi nhớ với điều kiện là tất cả hàng hoá tìm thấy lỗi miễn phí và đúng phù hợp với kỹ thuật đòi hỏi và tiêu chí chấp nhận Techncial.
Các chủ đầu tư sẽ được cài đặt tất cả các hàng hóa bằng mình tài khoản riêng và kiểm tra hàng hóa sau khi cài đặt trên mạng trong vòng 3 tháng kể từ ngày Giấy chứng nhận bàn giao. Tạm Giấy chứng nhận chấp thuận sẽ được ký và đóng dấu của đại diện có thẩm quyền của hai bên trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày ký tạm qua nghiệm thu trong trường hợp tất cả hàng hoá tìm thấy lỗi miễn phí và đúng phù hợp với kỹ thuật đòi hỏi và tiêu chí chấp nhận Techncial.
Sau khi phát hành tạm Giấy chứng nhận chấp nhận, tất cả hàng hoá sẽ được đưa vào sử dụng thương mại để làm ổn định đang chạy thử nghiệm trong vòng 6 tháng. Giấy chứng nhận chấp thuận chính thức sẽ được ký và đóng dấu của đại diện có thẩm quyền của hai bên trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày ký kết ngày hoàn thành việc kiểm tra hai lần và phát hành báo cáo ổn định chạy về.
