Dear All,
Following today morning discussion, please find below my comments & inputs:
Based on Ms. Binh’s cost simulation, it’s clearly convenient to sign contract with NIC instead of Talentnet.
As Mr. Marletta highlighted (honestly also from my point of view), it seems quite strange that we still have so big cost difference between two above mentioned agencies. For this reason I suggested to come back again with Talentnet, just to ensure that we are doing a right comparison “apple to apple”.
Anyway, if I understood well, Ms. Binh already gave me confirmation that Procurement cannot get better conditions from Talentnet. It means that we have to consider the current quotations comparison as
