As per the design, even after deactivating one of the client's particular backup. It will throw the missed schedule notification in Backup Status report. Because the client's data do exist in the backup server.

To be informed that, when a backup job fails to run on the scheduled time, a Missed backup report will be generated for the concern backup and when a Backup report is "Missed", it is just an intimation to the Server that the backup job is not scheduled on its scheduled time. This is harmless as it doesn't affect the Backup Job.

Please note that the missed schedule reports will not be an issue until the backup schedule is missed for a long period. Also note that, the 'grace time' of one hour is configurable. Hence, you can increase the grace time to say 12 or 24 hours (to be specified in seconds), so that the backups will get enough time to run before a missed backup schedule notification is sent.

For additional information, you can change the grace time by doing the following:

1. Stop StoreGrid in backup server.

2. Open the "/conf/SGConfiguration.conf" xml file in a text editor.

3. Edit GraceTime attribute of the MissedScheduleConfig tag For example,
