IDS CAPITAL VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) desires to be advised about some key points regarding to regulations of fund management company and investment fund under the law of Vietnam.
As per discussion with the Client, VGC understands that the Client has intention to mobilize capital from investors (individual/organization) in order to transfer money abroad for investing and commit to refunding both principle capital and interest for the investors.
