1. Start OpenIV.2. Go to pc/models/

1. Start OpenIV.
2. Go to pc/models/cdimages.
3. Open vehicles.img.
4. Replace vehshare.wtd.
5. Done.

If you want the metallic paint on your own vehshare :

1. Click on vehicle_generic_alloy_silver_spec.
2. Extract it.
3. Open your vehshare.
4. Replace the file.
5. Done.
