North seen becoming leading tourist destination


VietNamNet Bridge – The Government will develop the north of the nation into a top destination for tourists by 2030, according to a recent decision of the Government.

Rua takes customers on his old motorbike to near the Binh Hiep Border Gate before turning right onto a small pathway, stopping at a house where he hands over some money. "It's the border guard, don't say anything," he said.

He gives more money to border guards along the way until crossing into Cambodia without papers.

The casinos in Cambodia look almost deserted, but there are hundreds of people gambling inside, with most coming at around 12pm noon and returning at 5pm.
