21.7. If the Contractor`s Equipment or parts were designated into the Punch List and fails to remedy till the Notification of Final Completion, the Contractor shall pay to the Purchaser a penalty at the rate of 0.125% (zero point one hundred twenty five percent) of the value of the Equipment for each day of delay since the date of Notification of Final Completion directing till the date of remedy defects, but no more than 10% of the Contract Price.
21.8. The Parties further agreed that the payment by the Contractor of any penalties, provided in the Clause 2I of the Contract, does not relief's the Contractor from any liability for damages. caused to the Purchaser due to violations of the relevant Contractor`s obligations under the Contract.
