Obtaining health insurance and health care are the important factor when they decide to apply for a job. Therefore, HSBC has to ensure that modern and safety equipment for their employees in the working process. HSBC also has to health insurance and accident insurance for employees.3. Love/BelongingAfter physiological and safety needs are fulfilled, the third layer of human needs is social and involves feelings of belonging. The aspect of Love/Belonging in Maslow's hierarchy involves friendship, intimacy and family. If the workplace of HSBC does not respond those factors, many employees become susceptible to loneliness, social anxiety, stress and depression. Then, job performance will decrease. HSBC needs to make employees feel that the company is like their home. This is a good way to keep employee loyalty for HSBC.4. EsteemAfter employee has been satisfied in basic need, they will move to higher need. That is self-esteem, when HSBC believe their employees to give them a new duty or new contract with customers they will feel respect and get the high performance in working.5. Self-actualizationThis is the highest level of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Self-actualization describes the ongoing process of fully developing your personal potential. HSBC can create the favorable conditions for their staffs take part in many courses to develop skills and good policy to motivate for their employees. The employees will satisfied and contribute to bring profits for HSBC.
