Quality Testing of merchandises will be effected by one of two under mentioned ways:1. The Buyer will send testers to the seller’ site to control quality and quantity of merchandises before they are loaded into shipping container. Certificate is issued by the Buyer, implemented at the time before loading the shipping container at manufacture site with the merchandises (gloves). The Seller shall inform to the Buyer the above loading time at 7 days before the real date of loading.2. As soon as received the shipping container at the Buyer’ (MERUFA) site in HoChiMinh city, the Buyer will shortly inspect the Quality and Quantity of merchandises. If the quality does not meet the technical requirement (important requirements: watertightness with AQL 1.5, Tensile properties with AQL 4.0,...) stated in this contract, the Buyer (MERUFA) will immediately inform to the Seller and the Seller will shortly send new container(s) of good products to MERUFA (within 5 days from the day at that MERUFA sent information) to replace the container(s) contained bad-quality products. So that, the Buyer have products to supply their customers as planned. The Buyer is responsible to ship the containers containing bad-quality products to the Seller’site and transportation expenses of new containers to replace containers of the bad quality product is at the Seller’ charge.
